Authenticity
Yes. Every product is sourced through verified channels and checked before it ships. Authenticity is the entire reason Soltura exists — it is non-negotiable for us.
We inspect batch codes, expiry dates and packaging before listing and again before dispatch, and we store products correctly so formulas stay stable. If you ever have a concern about an item, contact us and we will resolve it.
Orders & payment
Checkout is powered by Paystack and Flutterwave, so you can pay securely by card, bank transfer and other supported methods. Your payment details are handled by the provider — we never see or store them.
Yes. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to track orders and save your details for next time.
If your order has not yet shipped, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Shipping & delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Lagos orders arrive fastest; other states typically take 3–7 business days.
Fees depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. Lagos delivery is free on orders over ₦50,000.
You will receive a confirmation when your order ships, with tracking where available. You can also use the order-tracking option in your account.

Absolutely — that is what our free consultations are for. Tell us your skin type, concerns and budget, and a Soltura expert will build a routine for you.
Not at the moment. Soltura focuses on skincare, body care and fragrance so we can do those exceptionally well.
