Our promise
We want you to feel confident shopping with Soltura. Because every product we sell is guaranteed authentic, the most common reason for returns elsewhere — fakes — simply doesn't apply here. But if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
What can be returned
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, fragrance and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any return shipping — at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email solturabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm whether your item qualifies and share return instructions.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unauthorised returns can't be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Paystack or Flutterwave) within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, depending on your bank.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
